Module 1: Build
Unit 1: Know Your Topic and Outcome
In this video we’ll look at some fundamentals. Most people will run straight to PowerPoint when they are tasked with delivering a presentation. Starting with PowerPoint is the wrong approach and in this video you’ll discover why.

In this unit we’re going to look at how you can get started and open your presentation clearly, succinctly, and most importantly, without anxiety. Make sure you grab the worksheet for this one (below the video).
Unit 2: 3 Simple Tricks to Take the Pressure Off
In this video we’ll look at some simple strategies to overcome stage fright and take the pressure off when you’re delivering. After this video you’ll feel much more confident before and during your presentation.
Module 3: Impact
Unit 1: How to Remember What to Say
In this unit we look at how to remember what you need to say. No more designing wordy PowerPoints to remind you what to say, no more memorizing scripts! In this video we’ll look at the simple way to never forget your talk.
Unit 2: Practicing Your Speech
In this unit you’ll discover the important points for practicing your speech so you can deliver a flawless, confident presentation.
Unit 3: Handling Mistakes
In this unit we’ll look at what you need to do to handle mistakes professionally and maintain your composure on stage.
Unit 4: Personal Impact
In this unit we’ll look at how to make an impact with your presentation. We’ll look at how to engage your audience, keep them interested, and boost your confidence on stage.
Module 4: Design
Unit 1: Slides Are Not Your Presentation
In this unit we’ll look at how you should use slides in your presentation. Importantly, we’ll focus on how to slides should not be the central part of your presentation or you risk turning your audience against you.
Unit 2: Slide Design
In this unit we’ll look at how to design your slides to have impact in your presentation. The slides you design won’t be those long, boring sentence-filled slides. They’ll be slide that enhance what you are saying and keep your audience engaged and listening.
Module 5: Close
Unit 1: Closing Your Presentation
In this unit we’ll look at how to wrap-up your presentation in a positive way and pave the way for a smooth question handling session.
Unit 2: Handling Questions
In this unit we’ll look at how to handle questions confidently at the end of your presentation. We’ll look at strategies you can use to look confident and credible even when you don’t know the answer to a question. We’ll also look at the most important step you need to do to ensure there are no uncomfortable silences after you answer questions.
